Due to steady growth over the past 3 years, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Sydney, reporting to the Marketing Director.
The role
As a core member of the marketing team, this position is suited to a marketing generalist who enjoys a varied role, as you will be working on a wide range of marketing / brand projects, communications, and events.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with marketing operations and day-to-day running of marketing activities.
- Review and edit design assets and provide feedback to Graphic Designer.
- Assist in the coordination and onsite operations of owned and external events.
- Develop and grow social media presence and engagement through the development of highly engaging, brand-aligned social content to drive results.
- Generate weekly reporting on social media engagement, and organic/paid campaign results and make recommendations to optimise.
- Assist Senior Marketing Executive to develop bespoke marketing campaigns to support business development activities e.g., client testimonial videos, pitch concepts, client nurture activities.
- Write and coordinate submissions for industry awards.
- Contribute to the delivery of integrated marcomms, including events, communications, advertising, thought leadership and digital campaigns.
- Assist on photo and video shoots.
- Assist with the coordination of internal team events and initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, where required.
- Coordination and ordering of site materials such as signage and apparel.
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
- 2 years of experience in a marketing role – (extra points for experience in B2B marketing)
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- Self-starter with a strong attention to detail
- Exceptionally organised, technically adept and a quick learner
