Good Law - Good Lawyers - Public Good. Job Description QLS has a full time and permanent opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join their Marketing and Communication team.
The Marketing and Communication team supports the strategic direction of Queensland Law Society and work within the Membership and Engagement team to develop and deliver marketing activities to support the business in order to achieve overall budgeting, positioning and reputational objectives, with the focus being on event marketing. This role provides marketing coordination and support for business units across Queensland Law Society. This role works within the broader Membership and Engagement division and with key internal stakeholders to deliver marketing and communication activities.
In this role you will: Ensure the Marketing team WIP and schedule is up to date Develop and execute marketing plans and tactics, including evaluation, for events and projects as directed Support the Marketing Executives and Marketing Communications Manager in the implementation of marketing plans and tactics, including evaluation as needed Partner with the Communications team on content development for social media, publications and collateral Coordinate approvals for all event and campaign materials. Assist with website content updates Tracking campaign progress, budget and preparation of reports as required Day to day liaison with internal stakeholders and project teams to deliver campaigns Research, draft, proof and edit marketing collateral as required. Coordinate and build on a broad range of internal and external stakeholder networks to assist in the ongoing positioning of Queensland Law Society, its members and the broader legal profession within the community.
Deliver tactics and campaign elements in accordance with QLS policy and procedures to ensure projects are delivered on time and deliver the expected business outcomes to budget. Desired Skills and Experience To be successful for this role you should have the following: 2 years’ experience working in a similar role A positive attitude and willingness to learn a diverse range of tasks across the marketing team.
Well-developed planning, organisational and time management skills along with the capacity to prioritise and complete tasks within competing timeframes. Exceptional customer service skills. High level written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
