Your new role
As the mastermind behind the companies' customer engagement, you'll be in charge of two main areas: content creation for web, blogs, EDMs, and socials; and CRM/CEP
activities, which could include creating impactful campaigns that connect with the company audience and directly contribute to the business’ growth.
You’ll work closely with the business Marketing, Design and Product teams to write content that customers find valuable and align with our brand, and create and optimise multichannel marketing automation processes. You will be responsible for improving customer engagement and conversions across all channels, including email, SMS and push notifications, and will work with the team to continuously experiment, test and learn.
What you'll need to succeed
● Building, designing and testing automated email marketing campaigns. A bonus if you have experience with MoEngage!
● Orchestrating multi-channel customer journeys
● List management and segmentation
● Implementing A/B tests for multi-channel marketing campaigns
● Reporting on A/B tests and campaigns
● Developing and managing social media posts and company pages
● Community management
● Basic graphic design (they use Canva a lot!)
● Copywriting for a range of mediums, particularly web and email
