Thermogroup is a family-run business that operates in regional NSW in Leeton, wholesaling Electric Underfloor Heating, Heated Towel Rails & Ablaze Mirrors. We sell through distributors Australia-wide and are one of the leading brands in our market space.
Overview of the role
We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to ensure we execute on our marketing goals. This role will provide support in managing a range of different activities, providing support for the marketing manager and managing the work done by the graphic artist.
The marketing manager will set the overall direction and task requirements and this role provides support in ensuring all activities and work are carried out. The Marketing Coordinator will have key areas of responsibility which they manage within the marketing department which they will report back on to the marketing manager.
Core Accountabilities
- Create social media materials and manage social presence.
- Manage and maintain website updates in accordance with the schedule provided, including but not limited to blog creation and publishing.
- Create email content and monitor email marketing campaigns for a variety of audiences in conjunction with the rest of the marketing team.
- Working with the graphic artist to update artwork based on required changes
- Execution of the marketing new product procedure
- Liaising with freelancers on digital asset creation
- Ordering marketing print materials.

Key Attributes & Requirements
- Looking for a team player that embraces the core values.
- Has past experience (not mandatory) in marketing or has a strong interest in marketing.
- Experience in Adobe Suite is preferable.
- Enjoys being given direction and then taking the workload forward in line with the direction and their own use of initiative.
- Is happy to work in respect to the company brand guide.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and the team. This includes communicating with the offshore graphic artist, making sure that communication is clear and easy to follow.
- Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
- Need to be open to work being checked and able to receive feedback from the team as our marketing activities are the face of our company.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
