Known internally as a Marketing Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in all facets of marketing, making it a truly dynamic and rare opportunity. You'll develop a broad skill set across various disciplines, including Brand, Media, Social, Digital, CRM, Store Signage, Internal Communications, Website, Photography Shoots, as well as Customer Service & Experience, all within the stimulating environment of an exciting growing international retailer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Marketing department in the development and implementation of brand projects and retail marketing activities
• Contributing to the execution of projects and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief and on budget
• Input into creative briefs, ensuring work delivers against campaign objectives
• Proactively take initiative and ownership in assigned areas of accountability
• Build strong interdepartmental relationships to aid project delivery and achieve goals
• Act as a lead contact for day-to-day Marketing requests
• Actively and positively contribute to team dynamic to achieve company objectives
• Provide support and admin assistance within the team, such as raising purchase orders, sample management, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records 
• Stay closely attuned to customer insights, playing an integral role in our Customer Experience. As part of this, you'll serve as a Customer Service representative for the home office, promptly handling calls and emails.

What We're Looking For:

• Approx 2 years of experience in a marketing or advertising role 
• A genuine passion and curiosity for marketing and the TK Maxx brand. 
• Strong team spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities, adept at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service to our clients consistently.
