Sunshine Beach Surf Club is seeking a passionate Marketing Coordinator to join their team. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the marketing strategy and promoting the iconic Club to a wider audience.
In this exciting role, your responsibilities will consist of the below:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and local partnerships.
- Manage and create engaging content (think stunning photos, captivating videos, and informative blog posts) that captures the essence of Sunshine Beach Surf Club's unique atmosphere.
- Oversee the club's website and ensure it's user-friendly, up-to-date, and informative.
- Assist with venue promotions to ensure a strong local turnout and a thriving club atmosphere.
- Analyse marketing data and reports to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

We are searching for someone who:
- Has a degree in Marketing or Communications or can display a minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing or a related field (preferably in the hospitality sector but not essential).
- Is a creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles (SEO, social media marketing, email marketing etc.).
- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with a diverse audience.
- Is highly organised and has a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Is passionate about the Sunshine Coast lifestyle and the surf culture, with a genuine desire to promote the club's values.
