The Opportunity   
  
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll support our progressive and authentic firm as we champion what’s right. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, and based in our Brisbane CBD head office, you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of marketing and business development strategies, particularly within our Personal Injury and Litigation and Loss Recovery teams. You’ll coordinate campaigns and initiatives that drive performance improvements across communications, brand, acquisition, advocacy, and client experience.
  
You’ll support the design, planning and execution of marketing and communications programs whilst also coordinating campaign activations, ensuring delivery of benefits is met and return on investment is maximised. This includes supporting events and at times acting as an ambassador for Shine. 
This role is suited to an enthusiastic, motivated individual who has a thirst for learning about all facets of marketing, and a desire to achieve and grow.
  
Please note, this role is a full time 13 month contract. Opportunities for extension may exist for the right candidate, dependent on business needs.
  
Here’s how you’ll help us stay ahead of the pack: 

• Ensure accurate and efficient deployment of marketing campaigns to briefs and timelines 
• Continuously measure and optimise campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future testing  
• Coordinate campaign activations, ensuring delivery of benefits is met and return on investment is maximised. This includes supporting events and at times acting as an ambassador for Shine. 
• Work collaboratively with other members of the marketing team to ensure all marketing tactics move quickly and efficiently through build and approvals processes  
• Ensure that all marketing activities and consumer touchpoints are client focused and consistent with the brand’s vision and values 
• Support the marketing team with ad hoc administrative support requirements including market research and budget tracking.     

What you’ll bring. To thrive in this role, you’ll have:  

• Previous experience in a marketing or communications role.
• Strong understanding of the marketing mix, communications and email marketing.
• Experience in writing, producing copy, editing and the development of communications.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively or independently, to prioritise work requirements, work autonomously when appropriate, consult appropriately and respond to direction in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships both internally.
• Well-developed analytical skills: ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and execute recommendations.
• Hands on experience in email content production in marketing automation platforms is desired. 
• Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office suite is essential, and exposure to a project management tool such as Asana or Trello is desirable.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing (preferred) or a relevant degree in Management, Business, Commerce or similar, as well as experience in event management, is highly desirable, but not essential for success.
