About the Role
As a Marketing Coordinator reporting directly to the General Manager, your role involves designing and implementing marketing campaigns for products and services. The goal? Attracting potential customers and ensuring the loyalty of existing ones.
Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Communication Leadership: Spearhead strategies that powerfully communicate our products and services, generating leads for the Project Sales Team.
• Compelling Content Creation: Craft a rich content/editorial calendar that magnetizes qualified customers to the company.
• Analytics-Driven Decision Making: Establish a closed-loop analytics system with sales to refine processes and convert leads into loyal customers.
• Multi-Platform Product Showcase: Create compelling product content across various platforms to showcase the benefits to our customers.
• Effective Lead Generation: Grow leads through effective marketing channels, optimizing automation, and nurturing processes.
• Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute events, collaborating with industry experts and influencers to produce content that resonates with our audience.
• Data Integrity Management: Maintain customer information integrity across Marketing Automation and CRM platforms.

Skills and Experience

• Hands-On Marketing Expertise: 2 years of previous experience in a similar hands-on Marketing role.
• Proven Campaign Leadership: A proven track record in devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
• Numerical Literacy and Aesthetic Sensibility: Numerically literate with a keen eye for aesthetics and great copy.
• Marketing Qualifications: Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Tech Savvy: Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation (ideally Zoho or Salesforce).
• Stakeholder Management: Experience dealing with clients and internal stakeholders and utilizing external suppliers.
• Event Coordination: Ability to coordinate promotions and events.
• Web Management Proficiency: Proficiency in WordPress website management.
