Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help our award-winning team be seen and heard around Tasmania.

We’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator who’s not just seeking a role but a purposeful journey. The Role:

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our marketing efforts, ensuring our brand’s message resonates clearly and effectively across all channels. Working closely with our marketing and design vendors and the clinical directors, you’ll infuse creativity and coherence into our campaigns, social media, and promotional materials, amplifying our vision of bringing world-leading dental care to every corner of Tasmania.

In this role, you will:

• Marketing Strategy Execution: Help craft and implement marketing strategies that embody our brand’s vision, driving growth and enhancing patient engagement.

• Content Creation & Design: Generate compelling content and undertake  graphic design tasks, ensuring our visual branding captivates and communicates effectively across all platforms.

• Channel Coordination: Oversee content distribution across social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising channels, promoting a unified brand message.

• Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using insights to refine future strategies.

• Collaborative Innovation: Join forces with various teams to support marketing initiatives from conception to execution, aligning with our core values and brand identity.

• Lead generation building: Help us craft compelling lead generation workflows that resonate with our community and with results that can be tracked and refined with time. 

What we‘d like about you:

• Demonstrable experience in marketing or a related field, with a portfolio that highlights your flair for marketing coordination and design.

• Skilled in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), capable of producing captivating light design work.

• A history of content creation will be looked upon very favourably

• Outstanding organizational prowess, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects seamlessly.

• Excellent communication skills, adept at crafting engaging marketing narratives and collaborating across teams.

• Deeply passionate about healthcare, with a commitment to understanding the unique work that we do and a willingness to continuous learning in marketing trends and technologies.
