About the role:
As Fitstop’s Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in spreading Fitstop’s mission ‘to move more, to live more’ to our global community of Fitstoppers and beyond.
You will lead Fitstop’s creative assets, overseeing content creation, from inception to execution while managing key stakeholder relationships and brand management tools. You will execute on a social media strategy along with on-the-ground community activations and events to ensure execution across multiple facets of the business including, brand awareness, franchise and consumer acquisition, community engagement and in-location, and national and international campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand: Share the Fitstop brand across a wide range of channels and community events bringing it to life in a way that resonates with and motivates our consumers.
- Content Creation: Design and brief content across a wide range of pillars, including brand awareness, consumer acquisition, in-location campaigns, national and international campaign performance and community engagement.
- Campaign Management: Support campaign management as per the annual campaign calendar, along with new product and new market launches to drive member acquisition and retention.
- Digital & Social Media: Execute a digital & social media strategy to amplify our brand presence and engagement, and contribute to positioning Fitstop as the world's most trusted and credible Fitness Franchise.
- Brand Management Platform: Manage Fitstop’s brand management platforms, including creation and distribution of location content ensuring consistency and spreading a brand you are proud of.
- Partnerships: Develop and maintain close working relationships with external parties and key stakeholders to drive value-aligned, results-driven partnerships.
- Events: Lead event management across a wide range of activations from large-scale brand awareness events, location community activations and supporting the annual Fitstop summit.
About you:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Communication or equivalent working experience.
- Design experience is highly regarded
- Expertise in social media platform management and analytics, demonstrating an ability to deliver tangible results.
- You can demonstrate event execution and partnership management.
- Flexibility and a positive approach to the dynamic nature of a rapidly growing organization.
