A diverse environment encompassing The Benson Hotel, Think Fitness and Serviced Offices in Townsville, we are looking for an individual with Digital Marketing skills, including the ability to create, analyse and improve organic & paid marketing campaigns through Facebook, Google and other Social Ads to help grow the group of bsinesses, and help develop our brands moving forward.

About the Role:
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Working with videography, marketing & graphics to create meaningful & successful organic and paid marketing campaigns, predominantly through CRE, social media & Google Ads
- Coming up with your own campaigns and/or ad ideas to help improve our marketing as a whole (for both organic and paid marketing)
- Analysing ad platforms to assess the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns & ads, whilst coming up with strategies to improve key metrics
- Using external resources to get a better understanding of our marketing analytics as a whole, make meaningful decisions for improvements
- Have the ability to manage weekly promotions & email campaigns
- Keeping up to date with all the marketing platforms we use, to ensure we are always using best practices, and taking advantages of any new features that become available
What is expected of the Applicant:
If you are looking at applying for this position, it is expected that you will be/have:
- Extremely proficient in working with social media ads manager (meta suite), Google Ads & other platforms
- Have the ability to analyse data & trends and create improvements where necessary
- Have the ability to create your own marketing campaigns (with our team's help) based on your knowledge in the marketing industry, along with current best practices - for both organic and paid marketing
- Have some experience with looking at external software to get a greater understanding of our marketing performance such as CRE, SEMRush, Google Analytics, & more.
- Great at working in a team environment, but also have the discipline & initiative to handle projects by yourself when needed
- Able to communicate exceptionally well within our in-house team
- Multiple years of experience with the creation and management of ad campaigns, either through an agency or individual online stores
- Have an understanding of SEO as a whole, and how to improve organic SEO
