This role is considered hybrid, with some face-to-face time required at our QLD office and some days working from home.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, supporting our influencer and content creator activities, proactively managing our online communities, and developing creative for paid advertising as well as supporting our CMO in the management of our external digital agencies.
Reporting directly to the CMO, this role also provides input on creative direction and brand representation, and provides general marketing management and administrative support:
Responsibilities include:
- Research, write and produce high quality content for our website, social media and paid advertising channels.
- Copywriting and execution of our fashion journal.
- Build on the existing social media and marketing strategy in partnership with our CEO and CMO.
- Understand and implement SEO best practices including writing for SEO.
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly analytics data review and reporting with insights.
- Execute seasonal marketing campaigns.
- Update and execute on our loyalty program and build on the existing loyalty strategy.
- Ongoing management of e-commerce applications.
- End-to-end resourcing and content creation for social media channels.
- Writing engaging posts and campaign copy in line with the brand voice.
- Research and report on social and industry trends as they emerge.
- Day-to-day execution of our marketing strategy across all online platforms.
About you
- Demonstrated copywriting experience across social copy, emails, offline copy, website content etc. This is a must-have for the position.
- Self-starter looking to make their next career move into fashion, with incredible motivation and proactivity.
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEO copy.
- Strong project management skills.
- Great people skills.
- Social media experience across META, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Strong experience working with Shopify and Klaviyo or similar e-commerce and email marketing platforms.
- Experience in retail or fashion is desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, and thrive on a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in key digital performance metrics.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of marketing experience in a B2C e-commerce environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Communications
- Strong understanding of social platforms and social/influencer marketing
- Team player with impeccable attention-to-detail
- Ability to learn and utilise digital platforms to improve efficiency and collaboration
- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with great time management and prioritisation skills
