Tasks and Responsibilities
Primary
Executing marketing plans for a variety of brands and for the Company, as required
Developing marketing plans in conjunction with your manager, as required
Executing a regular weekly, fortnightly and monthly task list to drive marketing outcomes for the Company across a variety of mediums
Take ownership of campaign creation and execution, from ideation to brief to delivery
Work closely with the relevant vendor and product teams to build campaigns, offers and see them through from ideation to execution
Create and manage social media campaigns across a variety of platforms, including reporting
Building and managing campaigns and assets in HubSpot, including eDMs, landing pages, microsites, automated workflows and more, in partnership with our design team
Developing marketing briefs to have assets created for vendor and company marketing campaigns
Copywriting for briefs, promotions and press releases
Event execution in partnership with your manager and the Events and Experiences Manager
Coordinating the in-store advertising experience for the brand and vendors we represent
Assisting with executing branch activations
Creating seamless campaign experiences for our customers
Supporting selected business units to execute on vendor-funded campaigns
What you will need to succeed in the role
Degree qualifications in a relevant field preferred, but not required
Advanced communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)
High level of self-motivation and resourcefulness
HubSpot experienced preferred, but not necessary
Base-line knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter)
Willingness to learn
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to write well and develop communications and media releases preferred
Intermediate MS Office Applications skills
