Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who wants to learn and grow, in a workplace that holds no limits on their potential. 

Established over 20 years ago, L&L Orthodontics is an award-winning orthodontic practice. We help people achieve beautifully straight smiles with the latest treatment solutions, national acclaimed orthodontists, and AI technology. 

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day marketing activities across a range of marketing channels, including print and digital campaigns, community sponsorships, activations, and CRM.

What you will deliver:

• Creation and management of the annual B2C and B2B marketing activity planner
• Planning and executing local area marketing initiatives, activations and community sponsorships
• Planning, creating and delivering dentist collateral and events including EDMs 
• Supporting the briefing to the digital agency on website and digital requirements.
• Coordination, development, and timely delivery of point of sale (POS), signage and promotional material and items into practices.
• Managing our e-commerce Shopify store
• Plan, manage and create marketing EDMs
• Regular monitoring and analysing of customer experience via NPS in addition to Google Reviews and GMB
• Supporting the Marketing Director in Coordinating and implementing marketing campaigns and promotions to drive qualified leads and build brand awareness

What we like about you:

• Tertiary Qualification in Business/Communications (preferably Marketing)
• Current Drivers License (This is across both of our locations Melbourne CBD and Templestowe)
• Experience working in a similar marketing role (healthcare/ retail  Industry a bonus)
• Confidence liaising with multiple stakeholders both internally and external
• Superior organisational skills
• Eye for detail
• A positive, and highly self-motivated disposition
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong communications skills
• Using programs such as Canva, Shopify, Monday.com, CRM, and Google Analytics is beneficial 

Finer Details:

• This role is full time across 2 locations Templestowe and Melbourne CBD and offers a hybrid working week. Part Time will be considered for the right candidate.
