The Role
As a Marketing Coordinator at Northrop, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic marketing team, blending creative projects with essential administrative tasks. This role offers a unique chance to grow in various marketing areas, from executing campaigns and conducting research to data analysis and content creation. Operating with an appropriate level of autonomy to deliver projects, key components of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate active participation in the brand refresh project, assisting in the development and rolling out Northrop’s refreshed brand identity.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms, ensuring alignment with the refreshed brand identity.
- Contribute to creation and distribution of updated marketing materials, both during and after the brand refresh project.
- Help implement branding strategies and monitor changes across various channels, aligning with Northrop’s vision.
- Conduct research, supporting the creation of sector-focused content in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct research to develop compelling thought leadership pieces.
- Contribute to internal communications, including nexus updates, newsletters and marketing material.
- Create and edit content for various channels, aligning with Northrop’s marketing strategy.
- Compile reports and assist in data analysis, facilitating data-driven decision-making and highlighting the team's impact and value.
- Prepare and deliver reports and insights to the team and stakeholders, supporting strategic marketing decisions.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining Northrop’s marketing systems and processes.
Applications are sought from candidates with the following attributes:
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous industry experience in professional services/legal/engineering is desirable.
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
- Basic data literacy and ability to analyse and present data effectively.
- Accountability to set goals and drive to their fulfilment – someone who can keep the team motivated and moving!
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong teamwork ethic to work collaboratively across functional groups.
