What this opportunity involves:

We are seeking an ambitious and driven marketing professional to join JLL and work onsite at Belmont Forum.

The Marketing Coordinator will be providing assistance and support to the Marketing Manager to support the delivery of marketing activity for the centre. 

The primary focus is to develop and implement tactical elements to address the strategic intent of the centre’s marketing plan to increase market share and maximise both retail sales & visitation.

Snapshot of the role:

  • Manage, execute and implement campaigns, promotions and activities as per the marketing plan. 
  • Ensure the centre maintains high levels of presentation 
  • Establish relationships with the retailers and encourage maximum participation in centre promotions and events 
  • Support monthly collection of sales figures 
  • Assist with reporting and analysis on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis 
  • Community - maintain strong links with local Council, community groups, media, schools, clubs and associations. 
  • Centre Newsletter – formulate, produce and distribute a regular monthly newsletter as a communication tool between Centre Management and the Retailers 
  • Administration - maintain and upkeep all administrative systems and duties including but not limited to filing, preparation of relevant documents, raising purchase orders and accounts payable.
  • Digital Marketing – edm development, content updates (website and social), responding to social media comments and scheduling when required. 
  • Visual Merchandising – prepare monthly VM brief in line with centre campaigns and manage VM process. 
  • Duty Manager as required 
  • Other – any other duties as directed
