Someone who loves throwing their original ideas into the ring but always supported by strategically sound thinking. Someone who can change the mood of a room with their stories and believes there aren’t enough hours in a day to get them all out. Someone who already creates content for Instagram and TikTok and loves combining words, images and music in ways that evoke laughs, empathy, intrigue, chat, and an irresistible impulse to help change things.
We’re looking for a ‘someone’ like that to help support the delivery of Marketing, Communications and Fundraising projects at Foodbank Victoria. Projects that have an immediate impact on the short and long-term food security of Victorians in need.
In this multi-faceted role, you’ll dazzle our Marketing team with your marketing acumen and writing skills, assist us by contributing to Foodbank Victoria’s greater strategic advocacy and fundraising goals, love a cheeky ideation session, relish designing everything from ads to signage, and enjoy writing and producing high impact social media content.
Why Foodbank
We’ve been putting meals on the table for vulnerable Victorians since 1930. Meeting them where they are, on their terms, with solutions they need. Not only do we provide food to more than 500 charities so they can feed their communities, but our direct distribution of free food is growing at a fast rate. From our 18-metre supermarket on a bus and Farms to Families fresh food regional markets, to our School Breakfast Club Program which now services more than 1,000 Victorian schools, our coverage is expanding.
