The Chapley Group is a successful South Australian family-owned business with supermarkets and shopping centres including Pasadena Shopping, Saints Shopping, Norwood Place and Munno Para Shopping.
The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team based at Munno Para Shopping, with the flexibility to work from other centres when required.
Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you will coordinate and implement a wide range of marketing campaigns across all shopping centres.

Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing activities including competitions, events, and in-centre activations;
- Manage and monitor social media and EDMs across four shopping centres;
- Liaise with external stakeholders to develop creative briefs, quotes and artwork;
- Upload content, events and competitions on four shopping centre websites using WordPress;
- Communicate with retailers and actively involve them in centre marketing activities;
- Maintain monthly reporting and administrative duties;
- Provide support to the Senior Marketing Manager and wider Centre Management team.
Skills required:
- Demonstrated 2 years’ experience in a marketing role
- Tertiary qualification in marketing or equivalent experience
- Interpersonal, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel)
- Demonstrated experience in using various marketing platforms including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, WordPress and Mailchimp
- Confident designing assets using Canva would be advantageous
- Hold a current driver’s licence
