The business is well established and highly regarded and are looking to capitalise on their existing pipeline with the addition of a Project Marketing Coordinator to join their Adelaide team.
Position Overview
This is a fantastic and rare opportunity to utilise your marketing expertise on a flagship Development that will shape Adelaide’s future and provide homes to thousands.
Your role with be hands on and diverse and responsible for assisting with implementing sales and marketing strategies and campaigns to drive lead generation, conducting market and competitor research, providing sales data, market trends and new product information to the team, coordinating all marketing material including advertising and signage, monitoring marketing budgets, arranging events, assisting with sales and marketing reporting and any other duties related to your role.
About You
You will have a Marketing related degree and strong experience in Property marketing, ideally within Residential Communities/Land. Candidates from a home builder, a property agency or similar asset classes may also be considered. Experience with sales coordination and an understanding of SA residential sales processes will be highly regarded.
You will also have:
- Good stakeholder management and relationship management skills, with the ability to build rapport with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- A strong customer service ethos underpinning all your responsibilities
- Experience across the Adobe Creative Cloud (Writer, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- High level of written and verbal communication skills & strong attention to detail
