We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in campaign management and events to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator is a vital role in providing campaign and coordination support to the marketing team for Wealth Management.
This position requires a minimum of three years of experience and is suitable for someone with previous coordinator experience who aspires to build a career in marketing.
Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
Campaign management & digital marketing
Support with digital campaign delivery and ongoing optimisation across multiple channels including social media, trade media and Google ads.
Assist with website content management, including updating of blogs and documents.
Using marketing automation systems to execute email campaigns and client communications.
Support the marketing team in creating and managing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and analysis of campaign performance.
Help liaise with external agencies to execute and optimise campaigns.
Paid and Organic social media support on planning and scheduling content on Linkedin, plus other channels.
Events
Support with Iress events, such as client roundtables and software pop ups as a way to engage with existing clients and deepen relationships with them.
Support participation in industry events including trade shows and conferences.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to help deliver event requirements.
Sales collateral
Help maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and help with the coordination of the creation of new materials when necessary.
Reporting
Update marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising data across email campaigns, digital campaigns and events.
Leverage GA4 and Looker to visualise data.
What you will bring:
Minimum three years experience in marketing or communications, within financial services or technology is advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with various stakeholders including design, product and sales teams.
Strong time management and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proactive and self-driven, with a willingness to take initiative and grow within the business.
Tertiary education in business, marketing, or communications.
Proficiency in Marketing Cloud/Pardot, GA4 and Looker is an advantage.
