Along with producing highly rated and awarded wines from four vineyard sites (under the Rochford and Toolangi labels), Rochford encompasses two restaurants (Isabella’s and Il Vigneto), weddings and functions spaces and a huge, 12,000 capacity outdoor concert amphitheatre. Rochford is a place that captivates the senses and provides memorable experiences for all who visit.
Key Responsibilities:
As Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with our wine and accounts teams to support wine sales, Rochford Wine Club, and trade initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include:
Copywriting: Crafting engaging content for eDMs, social media platforms, website, and marketing collateral.
Creative & Digital Content Development: Developing compelling digital content, including basic graphic design work.
Social Media Management: Managing and curating content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Campaign Management & Reporting: Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including eDM, social media, and web platforms. Supporting the Marketing Manager with performance reporting to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the wine, hospitality and/or FMCG industries.
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in digital content creation and basic graphic design using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and experience in social media management.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks effectively, and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for wine and spirits is desirable.
