About the Opportunity
This is a full-time permanent position based out of our Canning Vale Headquarters. Reporting to the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for enhancing online visibility, attracting and converting target audiences, and driving customer engagement. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and use analytics tools to shape the organisation's digital presence, focusing on innovation and industry trends for brand success.
Typical duties include:
- Developing and implementing Digital Marketing strategies for enhanced online presence.
- Craft consistent messaging across digital channels to reinforce brand identity.
- Collaborate with web development and cross-functional teams to align our digital efforts with Allied Pumps' business goals.
- Use various digital channels for attracting and converting target audiences.
- Create engaging content for digital platforms to foster meaningful connections.
- Implement strategies to encourage interaction, participation, and brand loyalty.
- Continuously analyse digital campaigns using analytics tools for effectiveness.
- Implement data-driven optimisations to maximise ROI across all digital channels.
- Proactively recommend and implement new strategies to lead in Digital Marketing.
- Provide insights and collaborate on integrated marketing initiatives for business objectives.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility.
- Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for insights.
- Present findings to stakeholders and recommend strategic adjustments based on data analysis.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a similar field (desirable)
- Previous experience in a Digital Marketing position.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to use initiative and prioritise your workload effectively.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
- SEO Knowledge.
- Strong technical competency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Acrobat Pro, and Google Analytics.
