Job description

Partnerize is seeking a passionate and energetic marketer to lead the brand positioning and go-to-market efforts in the region, and to manage the Regional Marketing Managers responsible for program execution in JAPAC. Our international company is seeking a great marketer to take our lead generation, awareness, and partner marketing efforts to a higher level.
As a critical member of our marketing team, you will collaborate with the CMO to lead positioning and messaging development efforts for JAPAC, and to develop compelling go-to-market stories and materials that resonate with our target audience. Further, you will be responsible for managing the Regional Marketing Managers for JAPAC in their execution of lead generation programs for each of the Partnerize portfolio of software solutions.
This is an ideal opportunity for a driven individual looking to take ownership of positioning and go-to-market efforts for multiple brands and to partner with our Sales and BDR organizations to drive maximum leads, opportunities, and sales through accountable marketing programs.
*Ideal candidates will be located in/around the Sydney area and be able to work in the office 1-2 days a week.*
Responsibilities

  • Lead development of the marketing plans and budgets for Asia Pacific region.
  • Oversee the management of budget, ensuring spend deployed yields desired lead funnel results.
  • Manage the regional lead funnel, conceptualizing and developing programs to build pipeline, fine-tuning conversion stage to stage and measuring progress to goal
  • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns, from concept creation, ensuring GTM messaging pillars infiltrate throughout all channels, inclusive of verticals and ABM programs
  • Creation and management of overall editorial calendar for the region, collaborating with functional leads for optimal execution
  • Manage, develop and coach Regional Marketing Managers and Specialists, providing executional oversight and direction across all campaign facets: events, email, social, ABM, virtual events etc.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Managers for JAPAC to set lead generation targets and deliver the marketing plans for Partnerize brands.
  • Regularly review lead funnel and channel performance with Regional Marketing Managers for insight into campaign and content performance.
  • Develop and deploy customer marketing strategy and programs, inclusive of: NPS, customer advisory council(s), reference-able database, case studies and email programs.
  • Develop the core sales materials (presentations, one sheets, etc.) for each brand and vertical.
  • Partner with Sales and BDRs to fuel campaign development, inform sales collateral and buyer personas, and ensure follow-up on marketing generated leads.
  • Lead training and education for Sales on new collateral, case studies and content.
  • Partner with the Data and Insights team in the development and optimization of measurement and reporting systems to ensure you have maximum information and flexibility to improve results.
  • Partner with the content development lead to define the content strategy and deliverables for JAPAC. Provide oversight to materials in development and final versions for the region.
  • Provide strategic and brand oversight to the Creative team and Regional Marketing Managers for JAPAC for their development of all creative assets for lead generation (ads, landing pages, search results, emails, etc.)
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on new feature rollouts, enhancements and usage programs
  • Partner with Demand Generation to ensure optimal paid channel execution results in lead generation. Collaborate on content and copy for regional campaigns.
  • Meet regularly with other marketers to share ideas and perspectives on “what works” and how we can improve results in the future.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree
  • 5-8 years previous marketing experience in a SaaS company.
  • Outstanding proficiency in written and verbal communications
  • Strong experience defining the ICP for and selling stories to B2B audiences
  • Strong passion for and knowledge of digital marketing and measurement. Experience in the partner/affiliate industry is a big plus but not required.
  • Proven track record of overseeing Marketing Managers
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
