Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Events and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth for C!NC venues. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of marketing principles. This role is located on site at the Coogee Bay Hotel.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth for C!NC venues.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of marketing and communications, aligned with the C!NC vision, mission, and values.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of marketing strategies and plans, making changes as business requirements evolve.
- Create and implement a strategic plan of annual marketing and communications activities and events.
- Ensure the delivery of C!NC and C!NC venue brands across all marketing initiatives.
- Undertake marketing initiatives such as campaign planning, advertising, marketing consultation, PR, and the development of marketing materials.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years marketing experience, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
- Hands on Digital Marketing experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing software/tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
