Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Distribution team who are for responsible for all activity which attracts customers and potential customers to our websites and other digital assets.
In this role, you will actively support the implementation of various campaigns and marketing initiatives across multiple channels and brands. These channels include paid search, social media, affiliates, SEO, CRM, programmatic, display, out of home, and broadcast. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of engaging consumer PR campaigns and develop compelling content that informs and captivates both our existing and potential customers.
Qualifications and Training
- Strong coordination skills ensuring the successful execution of marketing activities across various channels
- Work in a fast-paced team environment, collaborating with Marketing Executives and cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and deliver comprehensive marketing plans
- Familiarity with various marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, Consumer PR, Display, Social, Email, and CRM, enabling effective decision-making and implementation strategies
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- You’ll work on a fast-paced team across our consumer brands in Europe
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans
- Participate actively in marketing initiatives across diverse channels, such as SEO, PPC, Consumer PR, Display, Social, Email, and CRM
- Liaising with stakeholders including freelancers, in-house teams, suppliers and partner organisations
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Contribute to the marketing strategy for each D2C brand
- Contribute to engagement strategies, such as PR initiatives, content creation, social media
- Use of customer and campaign insights to provide direction for business initiatives
- Ensure best practice customer initiatives are adopted and applied
- Put tools in place to measure customer interactions and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers within company guidelines, regulatory obligations, and SLA’s
