About Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Loyalty & Personalisation Manager to own and drive their CRM program. As the custodian of their loyalty initiative, you will strategically plan, accelerate growth, and deepen the loyalty of their valuable member-base to increase revenue across all channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a best-in-class CRM and loyalty strategy.
- Lead CRM segmentation and 1-1 personalisation efforts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
- Manage and mentor team members and external vendors.
- Oversee CRM platform enhancements and data-driven campaigns.
- Strong experience in analytics, insights, and automation.
- Strong technical experience with CRM stacks, particularly Salesforce.
- Proven track record in loyalty management and ROI reporting.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Innovative thinker with a proactive, analytical mindset
