Marketing Executive

Marnong Estate, an exquisite destination nestled amidst the tranquil landscapes of Victoria, offers a unique blend of luxury accommodation, fine dining, and event spaces. We are expanding our team with two additional Marketing roles and are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Executive to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate the Marnong Estate brand to new heights alongside our executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase revenue, and enhance customer engagement
Collaborate with senior management to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue targets.

Brand Management:
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
Develop brand guidelines and standards to maintain the integrity of the Marnong Estate brand.

Campaign Management:
Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and experiential.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.

Event Marketing:
Oversee the marketing strategy for Marnong Estate events, including weddings, corporate functions, and special occasions.
Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives with event planning and execution.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the hospitality or luxury service industry.
Strong strategic planning and project management skills.
