Backed by one of Australia’s largest and most trusted novated leasing providers, Oly is enabling access to leasing for more Aussies to make their dream car a reality, while saving themselves from complicated leasing admin.To help support the brand launch we have a 9 month full-time contract role and build the business we have a great opportunity for a Partnerships Marketing Lead – D2M to join our MMS marketing team. Reporting to the Oly Marketing Manager and working closely with the wider Oly and MMS teams, you will be responsible for collaborating with our dealer channel, car brand partners and other key partnerships to execute the marketing requirements that meet our lead generation, growth and brand advocacy targets for our partnership channel.Responsibilities:
- Create, execute and optimise agreed marketing activities for Oly to support overall partnership, marketing and business goals and targets
- Oversee the campaign execution across all channels including, but not limited to email, print, digital, and event activation
- Liaise with our external partners to understand their marketing needs and brand guidelines
- Develop and maintain marketing project plans and adhere to timeframes
- Manage and monitor monthly budgets in line with targets and engage stakeholders with optimisations
- Work with partnerships team on leads management, to ensure quality and identify optimisation opportunities
- Engage all key stakeholders throughout the planning and activity process
- Manage compliance and legal approval sign offs
- Foster a culture of excellence, simplicity and fun that delivers a highly capable, engaged, agile and connected Oly team
- Other reasonable marketing related tasks as required for both Oly and other MMS brands
- 5+ years experience in a marketing role – experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries is well regarded but not essential
- A can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and develop as a marketer
- The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time in accordance with strict deadlines
- A meticulous attention to detail
- The capacity to think like a customer and make complex products seem simple
- A good understanding of the creative development process - including writing briefs and managing a thorough approval process
- A demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and external partners/agencies to establish strong professional relationships
- A strong understanding of the importance of tracking marketing performance to use insights to improve work
- Experience in campaign management across multiple channels desirable
