Initially coming on for a 12 Month Contract, you will be reporting to the Business Director focusing on the Corporate Brand, Strategy, Project Campaigns, and Digital Marketing while providing leadership to the Marketing team of 3 across Project Marketing, Coordination and Digital.

Your daily duties will include:
- Manage the group of brands at a corporate level, overseeing brand development, personality, and streamlined tone of voice
- Drive the suite of brands, increasing awareness, engagement and driving leads
- Develop and oversee the Marketing Plans, Advertising, and Strategies
- Conduct market research, analyse current market conditions, and determine market requirements
- Strategically select agencies, negotiating and establishing strong agency relationships such as Media, Creative Development, Digital, PR & Comms
- Oversee the optimisation of the Digital Marketing Ecosystem, expanding this in conjunction with your Digital & CRM direct report to achieve sophisticated tracking and efficiencies
- Optimised effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns through analytics and KPIs to improve lead quality and sales results
- Marketing budget management, cashflow and forecasting, delivering plan within budget
- Mentor and coach team of direct reports, undertaking staff training and development
- Ad hoc strategic marketing, brand and digital duties as required
To be successful for the role you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Seeking 5 + years’ experience in a similar role with Marketing Management experience
- Property Development experience required
- Qualifications in marketing, communications or similar desired
- Experience in implementation of effective marketing strategies, reporting, insights and recommendations
- Strong digital marketing understanding
- Ability to manage long term successful partner/supplier arrangements to drive value for the business
- Experience leading a marketing team
- Strong results focus and accountability, self-driven and proactive
- Great time management skills and a “finisher”
