Title: Marketing Manager
Location: Melbourne - Eastern suburbs
Base salary: $100k to $120k(open to options for 4 day workweek)
Engagement: Permanent position
Ideal Start date: April-May 2024RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with the firm’s goals and objectives. Identify target markets, customer segments, and key messaging to effectively reach prospective clients.
- Campaign Management: Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and traditional advertising. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute various marketing events and activities, including seminars, webinars, conferences, and networking events.
- Brand Management: Maintain and strengthen the firm’s brand identity across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of quality of content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations. Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce thought leadership content that showcases the firm’s expertise.
- Digital Marketing: Manage the firm’s online presence, including website, social media, email, and advertising. Monitor KPIs to measure performance.
- Client Engagement: Develop strategies to engage existing clients and nurture client relationships throughout targeted marketing initiatives. Implement client feedback mechanisms to gather insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the professional services industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, marketing automation systems, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts in written and verbal formats.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage the multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to keep people accountable to deadlines and outcomes.
