Reporting to the Head of Marketing & eCommerce, the Marketing Manager will lead the project management of all promotion and capsule executions across EB Games and Zing Pop Culture.
Collaborating closely with internal key stakeholders the Marketing Manager will coordinate campaigns tailored for a diverse array of promotions, capsules and product releases.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Oversee the marketing execution of the promotion and capsule calendar, ensuring seamless coordination from start to finish.
- Lead the loyalty team in executing eDM campaigns while leveraging data insights to inform decision-making and enhance customer engagement strategies.
- Establish campaign deadlines for all marketing elements, encompassing briefs, artwork concepts, photography, artwork approvals, and other essential components.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant deadlines by coordinating efforts among various teams, including buying, marketing, and design to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Manage the briefing processes for all instore point of sale, eDM, web, and social media activity.
- Develop and manage the eDM and digital window calendar to guarantee comprehensive coverage of essential events, including promotions, capsules, announcements, and product releases.
- Oversee store communications for all marketing initiatives, encompassing the development of setup guides, coordination of marketing deliveries, handling marketing hotline inquiries, and other related responsibilities.
This role is based at our Store Support Centre in Eagle Farm, Brisbane. Applicants must either live in Brisbane or be willing to relocate for the role.
What are we looking for?
The successful candidate will possess the following experience:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Marketing Manager or equivalent role.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a loyalty team, showcasing a successful history of overseeing eDM campaigns and utilizing data analytics tools to drive actionable insights and optimize campaign performance.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
- Ability to thrive in an agile and fast-paced team environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and demands.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and influence others.
- Self-motivated and collaborative team player, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Passion for project management, demonstrating a penchant for deadlines, scheduling, and strategic planning.
The following would be advantageous (but not required):
- Tertiary qualification in marketing or eCommerce.
- Experience in Retail or FMCG.
