We're passionate about creating beautiful and thoughtful collections that fit every woman's lifestyle to make you feel good on the inside as well as out.We celebrate diversity and advocate inclusion, we're committed to continuous learning and developing you in your career, team wellbeing and community engagement are genuinely and actively supported.Our OpportunityReporting into our Sussan GM, our Marketing Manager is responsible for the design and production of all Marketing for the promotion of the brand across all media channels, digital, stores and internal/external communications.Working with the leadership team and GM, you will develop and implement the strategic direction and plan for the Sussan brand as well as manage the post-production of all creative work and in-house creative.As a true brand custodian, you will be responsible for how the brand shows up through all internal and external communications across all channels.This is a 12 month parental leave position, based in our Cremorne head office.Your day to day will include:Support the General Manager with the creative direction of the brandEffectively manage and coordinate all advertising and marketing photographyLead and manage the Marketing team of 3Coordinate photo shoots; demonstrate an understanding of the creative processProvide feedback to Digital Team on all creative for the Sussan siteLead and manage social content strategy and executionPR & Media Relations; accountable to develop brand & channel appropriate content for social mediaManage strategic PR opportunities with PR agencyInfluence and coach other business functions to ensure all assets and comms are showing up in alignment with BrandLead the VIP & CRM strategy across the BrandDrive the Sussan VIP program campaigns and VIP customer communicationManage Sussan marketing budgetBuild effective relationships with both internal/external stakeholdersTo be successful in this role, you must have:Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communication or relevant field is desirableProven experience in digital marketing strategic developmentPrevious Leadership capabilities and People Management skillsDemonstrated experience managing teams, agencies to deliver best in class communication campaigns * Strong commercial acumenStrong attention to detailInfluencing and relationship building skillsWhy work for Sussan?We are committed to rewarding our team for the great work they do every day and are able to offer some amazing benefits including:
