Develop and execute marketing strategies, including the B2B go to market approach that supports awareness, demand generation and sales of existing and future products, services and solutions across ANZ. Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through research, industry and customer feedback.
- Build an effective strategic marketing program, including the B2B go-to-market approach.
- Develop lead generation programs, including managing, optimising, and executing marketing campaigns using various physical and digital assets to drive qualified leads to the sales team.
- Define, monitor and analyse B2B Solutions Marketing Performance Tracking for all programs, solutions and initiatives.
- Communicate and actively support sales through joint plans to drive maximum impact.
- Strategic mindset with an ability to identify opportunities and develop clear plans to achieve marketing objectives.
- Extensive experience in marketing, with a focus on developing and implementing brand marketing strategies to support sales and the customer journey.
- Sound planning, organisational, analytical and decision making skills.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, positioning, and messaging, is essential.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and ability to lead, manage and develop marketing in a matrixed organisation.
- Experience in the mobility industry, particularly in a start-up or fast-paced environment, is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business or a related field
