AddressPathfinder Recruitment is excited to bring to market a great opportunity for a dedicated Customer Account Manager to join a Sydney based consultancy. If you are a good communicator who enjoys working with customers, this role is perfect for you. You will play a crucial role in managing and expanding relationships with accounts payable automation solutions across installed base customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold a quota for upselling and cross-selling to approximately 160 customers across Australia and New Zealand.
- Interact with C-level executives and technical staff.
- Collaborate closely with Microsoft D365 partner channels while also representing our client directly to customers when needed.
- Manage a subscription-based licensing model with annual renewals and offer additional support services, including health check audits by the local consulting team.
- Be involved in the ongoing expansion of our solution set, presenting future cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure effective usage of solutions by customers, making them referenceable.
- Stay updated on key support issues and assist in managing customer expectations regarding their resolution.
- Participate actively at the management level, contributing to a significant portion recurring revenue.
- Book and conduct meetings with customers for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Generate proposals and manage contracts and license renewals with existing customers.
- Attend internal meetings and participate in customer and partner events.
- Collaborate with our support team to help manage and resolve customer support issues.
- Update customer contact information and opportunities using our CRM tool.
