An exciting and truly unique opportunity is available for a talented Marketing Manager to join a purpose-driven, non-profit organisation in Melbourne on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This organisation is part of a global movement that advocates for using business as a force for good.

• Full-time, 12-month contract position starting in early to mid-May 2024
• Remuneration $90,000- $100,000 + Superannuation dependant on experience

Role Overview As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for upholding the organisation's brand and reputation across all owned communication channels. You will play a vital role in executing their strategic marketing plan, engaging target audiences, and growing their movement in Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, maintain and improve email marketing campaigns using Pardot
• Manage storytelling across owned channels to drive awareness of the organisation's mission
• Design and deliver effective marketing and communication campaigns, including localising global initiatives
• Strategically manage marketing platforms and channels (email, website, social media, paid advertising, branded collateral)
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement through reporting and analysis.

Required Skills and Experience
 

• Proven experience in designing and implementing marketing communications plans and campaigns
• Ability to span strategic oversight and task-oriented delivery, working autonomously when required
• Excellent teamwork, stakeholder management and creative problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities
• Proficiency in email marketing systems (Pardot preferred), CRM (Salesforce preferred), social media management, graphic design (Canva), CMS (WordPress), and analytics/reporting tools
• Alignment in values, a shared vision for an inclusive, equitable and regenerative economy to better the world we inhabit.
