We are seeking for a passionate and energetic marketer to join our Bath & Body Works Marketing team in our Sydney CBD office.
The Role
The incumbent will be responsible to lead and drive the marketing activities for Bath & Body Works or Victoria's Secret brands for Australia & New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
- Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
- Assist in all marketing, advertising, publicity and promotional events. according to brand guidelines and standards.
- Generate traffic to all our stores including e-commerce site.
- Support the CRM and increase existing base of VIP customers.
- Assist in the management of marketplaces.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing
- 2-3 years of marketing experience within retail industry. Experience in beauty industry will be an added advantage
- Digitally savvy and familiar with social media marketing
- Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, a go getter and resilient
