Marketing Manager
Reporting to the General Manager and as part of the Senior Leadership as the Marketing Manager at Nubco, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and drive business growth. You will lead a talented team and collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and integration across all marketing channels.
This is a hands-on role, and the successful candidate will be leading the way in developing the new online store. This role is crucial in crafting a seamless and engaging online shopping experience for our customers, driving revenue growth through the digital platform. This role is hybrid and can be situated in any of our Nubco locations throughout the state.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leadership: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies, emphasising digital initiatives, to drive business growth and enhance brand presence. Provide leadership and mentorship to the Marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and achievement.
- Digital Marketing & Advertising: Drive and implement a robust digital marketing strategy focused on increasing online traffic, conversions, and revenue. Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels while maintaining brand integrity.
- E-commerce Management: Direct all aspects of the e-commerce platform, including product management, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and customer experience enhancements. Collaborate cross-functionally to align e-commerce efforts with business objectives.
- In Store Merchandising and Branding: Collaborate closely with retail teams to develop and execute in-store merchandising strategies that complement marketing campaigns. Monitor in-store performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations for optimisation.
