The role is to enhance a strong brand presence and to execute a comprehensive communication and marketing strategy that resonates with our patrons and the wider community and achieves business outcomes.

Can you:
- Help drive the brand development and marketing campaign management across multiple channels such as EDMs, Club App, web and social media, as well as management of the Club’s ATL and BTL advertising.
- Lead and inspire reporting employees, providing guidance and development opportunities.
- Assist in the end-to-end development and execution of Club marketing campaigns
- Understand and use data, research and insights to develop a marketing communications plan to enhance customer experience and grow the clubs membership base.
- Understand and champion the consumer journey to optimise our strategic direction and execution of marketing plans
- Focus on boosting quality and innovative marketing campaigns that can be executed by the Marketing team.
- Oversee all Club brand and marketing strategies
- Drive the Club’s EDM and SMS strategy and delivery for the Club and key stakeholders
Do you have:
- 3 years experience in a senior marketing, communications, member communications or similar role
- Tertiary Degree; Bachelor of Business, Majoring in Marketing
- MBA or other relevant post-graduate qualifications highly desirable
- Experience working in Community Clubs or other hospitality environments highly desirable
- Previous experience leading and managing teams
- Demonstrated ability to create and facilitate end-to-end marketing campaigns
- Experience and success in digital marketing and CRM and customer journeys
- Strategic and creative mindset and knowledge of marketing principles to bring different projects and campaigns together across departments
- Strong understanding and knowledge linking campaign performance to KPI's and ROI
- Excellent interpersonal skills and evidence of establishing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Competency in Adobe Suite
- A high attention to detail
- High written communication skills
- Highly motivated with an intrinsic desire to strive for excellence
