As our Marketing Manager, you will help lead innovative marketing strategies that redefine the game, driving brand recognition, consumer attraction and revenue growth. About the ROLE
You will:
- Lead disruptive marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, customer acquisitions, and revenue growth, while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Inspire and guide a dynamic marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration for successful campaign execution.
- Drive campaign management across channels, leveraging data insights for continuous improvement and meeting KPIs.
- Direct digital strategies, including social media, influencer marketing, TikTok Brand Amplification and SEO, staying ahead with emerging trends for competitive advantage.
- Craft and maintain a strong brand identity, fostering loyalty and engagement through strategic initiatives.
- Conduct market research to uncover growth opportunities and stay informed on consumer behaviour and competitor activities.
About YOU
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
