Role Objective:
To manage and execute Andonis Cafe and Bar's marketing strategy within a part-time capacity, ensuring effective brand promotion, customer engagement, and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt and implement the marketing strategy to fit within part-time hours, focusing on high-impact initiatives.
- Oversee the brand’s digital presence, including content creation and social media management, to maximise online engagement.
- Planned and executed marketing campaigns, analysing their effectiveness, and making data-driven adjustments.
- Collaborate with the full-time team and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective campaign execution.
- Manage part-time marketing budget, optimising resource allocation for maximum impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with the ability to manage projects independently.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
