Marketing Manager, Partnerships & Events – Hospitality Marketing

As our Marketing Manager, Partnerships & Events on a 12 month contract, reporting to the Head of Partnerships & Eventing you will own the expansion and enhancement of the Extraordinary Moments program across The Star Entertainment Group.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build strategic relationships with a range of premium suppliers to ensure The Star is securing exclusive opportunities for the eligible member base.
A few of your responsibilities:
Identify, develop and manage commercial partnerships and sponsorships that deliver strong ROMI, in line with SEG’s overall marketing strategy.
Project manage partnership and sponsorship activations, working with the Commercial Marketing, Property teams as appropriate.
Lead the development and execution of activation plans through paid, owned and earned channels including consumer promotions, social media content and leveraging ambassadors aligned to The Star.
Develop clear matrix identifying rationale by which current and potential partnerships can be reviewed / assessed
Ensure mix of partnerships and sponsorships enhance TSEG’s Brand presence and contribute to Brand re-appraisal.
Work with Loyalty, International and Domestic VIP and Operations teams to maximise Partnership benefits through target setting to drive incremental revenue.
What we are looking for:
String networking skills to build and maintain partnerships.
Experience in planning and executive successful events.
Knowledge of various marketing strategies and techniques.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activity.

You excel in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors, while also having a keen eye for details to ensure successful event planning and execution. Your strong communication skills coupled with a passion for innovation, are key attributes that define a successful Marketing Manager in this role. From creating compelling marketing materials to coordinating high-impact events, you consistently drive engagement and business growth through successful partnerships.
Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our events at The Star.
