As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our marketing strategies, leveraging automation tools to enhance B2C lead generation, nurture prospects, and optimise overall campaign performance. Your mission is to strike a balance between traditional marketing tactics and modern automation techniques, ensuring that our campaigns resonate with our audience and drive tangible results.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2C marketing strategies aligned with business goals, incorporating both traditional and automated approaches, to achieve KPI's.
- Utilise HubSpot and other marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant ad platforms to design, implement, and optimise marketing campaigns across various channels.
- 3 unique brands under one roof that make up our business ecosystem - ‘The Disability Housing Centre’, ‘SDA Smart Homes’ & ‘Property Direct Pty Ltd’.
Lead Nurturing:
- Create and manage lead nurturing campaigns tailored for B2C audiences, combining personalised human touches with automated follow-ups to guide prospects through the buyer's journey effectively.
Database Management:
- Oversee the organisation and maintenance of our marketing databases within HubSpot, ensuring accurate segmentation and effective targeting for both automated and manual outreach efforts.
Integration and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to ensure seamless integration between HubSpot and our custom CRM, facilitating efficient lead management and communication.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing efforts, leveraging data insights to refine strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Scalability and Innovation:
- Explore opportunities to automate repetitive marketing tasks while maintaining a human-centric approach, continuously seeking innovative solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
Events
- Ensure the marketing is effective at promoting events we are hosting to ensure highest possible attendance of relevant cohort.
- Organise print/online materials for events we host & attend as required, including branded merchandise.
About You:
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven experience in developing and implementing B2C marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of both traditional and automated techniques.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, with demonstrated experience and expertise.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant ad platforms.
- Strong understanding of WIX, WordPress, SEO, Eventbrite, Zapier & Canva highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
