Recent changes within the business have created an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join organisation on a contract basis.

The Role

Located in the Wollongong CBD, this Marketing Manager role will give you the opportunity to lead marketing strategy and delivery for an award-winning real estate company. The position has the support of a Marketing Assistant whilst being supported by a solid organisational structure and an inclusive workplace culture. We are looking for a strategic and hands-on professional with proven experience in creating successful marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver tangible results and engage our target audiences. Key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing multi-channel social media strategies, content creation and scheduling to increase brand visibility and engagement.

• Managing marketing campaigns and advertising budgets for residential, project and commercial properties.

• Event Management of assigned office events such as auctions, fundraisers, market events, and corporate client days.

• Working with the National Franchise Marketing Manager to enforce brand consistency across all marketing.

• Communicating with external clients alongside the Project Marketing Department Manager.

• Ongoing maintenance of the company website and social media outlets.

• Producing press releases about property sales, auction results and unique listings.

• Booking, designing, and submitting artwork for print media advertisements.

• Researching, sourcing, and ordering company promotional items.

• Production of signage, brochures, window advertisements, and letterbox drops etc.

• Preparing submissions for Industry Awards.

About You

You are a creative marketing professional who has experience working strategically but are equally comfortable being hands on to deliver successful marketing outcomes. You will be excited by this opportunity and the prospect of being the custodian of a legacy Illawarra brand whilst innovating and using the latest technologies and strategies to drive growth and engagement. To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

• Experience developing and delivering a comprehensive marketing strategy

• Strong experience in managing and reporting on social media campaigns across a range of platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & LinkedIn.

• Exceptional relationship management, communication, and organisational skills.

• Proven track record of creating and delivering marketing strategies that deliver value and generate leads.

• Creative flair with meticulous attention to detail

• Sound knowledge of marketing research techniques and principles.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills (i.e., written and verbal).

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and drive results.

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

• Excellent working knowledge and experience using design tools such as Canva & Adobe Creative Cloud including but not limited to, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Lightroom

• Proficiency in Microsoft suite of programs.

• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite

• Proficiency in Google Ads

• Knowledge of AgentBox CRM is a plus

• At least one year of experience in a management role with at least three years’ experience in a professional services or similar industry marketing role

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related discipline

• Experience in Real Estate or similar industry would be great.

• Valid right to work in Australia.
