We are seeking a passionate Marketing Manager to support the group and it’s 19 branch locations across regional WA. Based in South Guildford at our Head Office, you will have the opportunity to define, coordinate, and enhance our brand representation in the market.

Responsibilities:
- You will lead the development and implementation of a marketing plan.
- Create and implement a brand strategy to enhance the image of our dealer brand.
- Leverage resources which align with the dealership’s values, mission, and goals to facilitate an effective brand strategy.
- Leads the creation of marketing tactics including advertising, promotions, incentives, and events to reach the target audience.
- Define and manage an advertising budget for monthly, quarterly, and annual advertising activities (i.e. TV, radio, newspaper, internet, social media, etc.).
- Ensure appropriate marketing and public relations communications are carried out for all departments.
- Plan and coordinate logistics, communications, sales events, customer experience events, meetings, focus groups including the documentation of best practises.
- Be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of AFGRI’s website and social media platforms as well as driving relevant content for these platforms.
- Lead the development and implementation of a merchandising display strategy.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop, manage and launch social media content and channels.
- Travel regionally on an ad-hoc basis for events and stakeholder meetings as required.
Skills and experience:
- Relevant sales and/or marketing experience
- Ability to communicate effectively one-on-one and within a group
- Ability to analyse and interpret internal and external marketing reports
- Marketing/Communications/Business qualifications are preferred
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, and content creation
- Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office
