This pivotal role calls for a strategic thinker with a solid background in the international education market and a passion for creating impactful marketing and sales strategies.Tasks required include:
- Creates and publishes text, photos and videos designed to promote businesses, products or services, to social media and digital platforms, to grow an audience, build brand awareness and increase sales. Schedules the release of, and updates to, marketing content on these platforms.
- Plan and execute marketing strategies, exploring market trends to promote business goals and development in Adelaide.
- Build the brand by maintaining focus on the company name and generating demand.
- Provide guidance on effective advertising plans and campaigns to raise consumer awareness and reach target markets, emphasizing the benefits of our services.
- Conduct market research and develop competitive evaluation records, with a focus on key markets such as the Philippines.
- Analyze markets to create detailed competitive evaluation records and drive sales increases.
- Coordinate pricing and communication strategies for marketing campaigns.
- Implement marketing initiatives ensuring effective branding, messaging, and campaign success.
- Assist in managing social media and digital channels to optimize online presence.
- Organize and execute advertising campaigns within time and budget constraints, including tasks like poster design and social media placements.
- Liaise and assist across company divisions to ensure cohesive branding and communication.
- Maintain corporate guidelines on trademark use and brand recognition in coordination with the head office.
- Manage internal and external relationships to deliver broad organizational value.
- Lead client acquisition initiatives, such as cultural events targeting specific communities.
- Oversee content creation for the company's website and social media channels.
- Manage marketing and communication data retention.
- Organize on-site print marketing materials and visual merchandising.
- Develop marketing and communication plans targeting the Filipino market.

- A Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in marketing within the education sector
- Fluency in Filipino and English, with excellent communication skills
- Required QEAC (Qualified Education Agent Counsellor) certification.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing comprehensive marketing strategies and sales teams.
