Description
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive the development of an annual Program of Work (POW), establishing shared targets, supporting business and marketing objectives, and identifying new opportunities.
Oversee the end-to-end management of diverse marketing campaigns and projects. This includes developing detailed marketing and media briefs using customer and market insights, analytics, and metrics. Ensure timely and budget-compliant campaign development, design, and implementation.
Establish reporting capabilities to measure campaign effectiveness, conduct marketing post-implementation reviews, and track competitor activity. Use insights to optimise future marketing activities and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Lead the development and production of sales and marketing collateral that aligns with key touchpoints in the end-to-end customer journey.
Conduct copywriting and content development across offline and online channels, encompassing marketing collateral and campaign assets.
Provide line management to relevant staff, contributing to the execution of key elements in the Brand, Marketing, and Communications strategy.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, often situated at other offices and interstate, to interpret and fulfill marketing requirements.
Liaise with service providers, contractors, external and internal clients, suppliers, agencies, and other stakeholders as necessary.
Offer administrative support to the Brand, Marketing, and Communications team as required.
Profile
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related discipline are mandatory.
Skills & Experience:
- Over 7 years of experience in marketing management.
- Proven track record in leading the development, implementation, management, and tracking of multi-channel marketing programs.
- Extensive experience in traditional media channels, including direct mail, radio, outdoor, online, and TV. Experiential marketing experience is viewed favourably.
- Proficient copywriting skills, demonstrating the ability to write for diverse audiences and platforms in a complex environment.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines simultaneously.
- Well-developed organisational, administrative, and project planning skills, displaying high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, showcasing effectiveness as a collaborative team member and experience in relationship management.
