Responsibilities:
• Manage and support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and weekly campaigns that facilitate e-commerce and brick & mortar sales
• Plan and create content that engages our audience across multiple channels
• Manage and update social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
• Implement digital marketing strategies across website, email and social media
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, creative, and product development, to ensure a consistent brand message
• Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
• Maintain marketing calendars and schedules, ensuring deadlines are met
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices
• Contribute to managing and getting the best out of product/brand ambassadors

What we would like to see from you
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing and social media management
• Excellent organisational, project management, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Website administration (CMS management - We use Shopify), content-creation and social media management tools, Adobe Creative Suite (nice to have)
• Understanding of basic marketing principles and tactics
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box - We want you to be creative here as our business is based around creating things! It's imperative for success.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• You don't mind getting your hands dirty and have a "no job is too small" attitude
