Position Overview: 

The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of marketing channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for health and fitness, ready to bring innovative ideas to promote our brand and products. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase customer engagement.
• Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics. 
• Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives. 
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs. 
• Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies. 
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
• Organize and participate in events, such as expos, seminars, and workshops, to promote the brand. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the health, wellness, or fitness industry. 
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies. 
• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools. 
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills. 
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 
• Passion for the health and fitness industry.
