As we spearhead our growth on the Gold Coast, we are in search of a Marketing Specialist who is not only strategic and leadership-driven but also proficient in a range of technical skills including CRM, social media marketing, ads management, graphic design, and video editing. A background in the construction industry is crucial for understanding our market, services, and audience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to effectively reach potential customers

- Create engaging and compelling marketing materials such as brochures, website content, social media posts, and email campaigns

- Manage the company's website and social media channels to build brand awareness and generate leads

- Oversee the production and distribution of all marketing assets

- Conduct market research to identify target customer segments and understand their needs and preferences

- Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support lead generation and conversion

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities

- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently

- Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other outreach activities

Key experience requirements for this role:

• A minimum of 3 years of in-depth marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked within the construction or related industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in crafting and executing marketing strategies with a significant digital component.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software for sophisticated campaign management and customer engagement strategies.
• Proven track record of managing social media platforms and executing successful ad campaigns, coupled with the ability to analyze and adjust strategies based on performance data.
• Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro) to produce compelling visual content.
• Experience in the construction industry, with a solid understanding of its market dynamics, customer base, and sales processes.
• Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with additional certifications in digital marketing, graphic design, or video editing viewed favorably.

Appropriate candidate must have the following skills, education and experience:

Education: Bachelor Degree or Higher Degree in related field

Australian Experience: At least 3 + years of Australian Experience OR

Overseas Experience: At least 3+ years of Overseas Experience

Specialist: Marketing

Work Rights: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder

Pay: $70,411.68 – $80,994.19 per year
