We are a new luxury boutique hotel opening at the end of July 24. The hotel will offer 75 rooms, mediterranean restaurant and an accompanying rooftop bar. Townsville has a thriving tourism industry, which is only going to grow in the coming years, with the Great Barrier Reef, Australia’s great natural wonder just a stone’s throw away. Townsville has a vibrant, diverse community that attracts people from all over the world. We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who has a passion for the industry, self-motivated, creative, enthusiastic and has attention-to-detail. To apply you need to demonstrate over 2 years or more experience in design and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns and able to start immediately.
Essential Requirements:
Proven digital marketing experience across multiple channels, including inbound marketing, direct response
campaigns, content driven campaigns, display, paid social, and landing page optimisation and good understanding of
analytics and reporting
Proven content marketing experience and ability to develop and execute multi-channel content plans
A strategic outlook, able to align marketing activity to strategic business objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong team administrative experience including planning and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
You will be required to;
Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns and events
Support business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, internal policies and programs.
Collaborate with other internal teams (e.g. product and sales) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
Analyse data and report on the performance and efficiency of campaigns aligned to marketing strategies and business plans.
Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunity.
Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral, and ensure brand guidelines are met.
Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different channels for external audience.
Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs.
